License terms

What you are buying
A personal, perpetual license to use Perch on one Mac, for a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. It includes updates within versions 0.x and 1.x.
The license is personal and non-transferable. You can reinstall Perch on the same Mac as many times as you want, and move it to a new Mac when you replace the old one.
How it is verified, and why it is asked in good faith
Your key is verified locally, without consulting any server. That means Perch cannot know how many machines you use it on. The one-Mac limit is a term of this license, not a technical restriction, and it is asked in good faith.
You may not publish your key, resell it, or distribute it. Your email address is written inside it.
No warranty
Perch is provided as is. It depends on internal Claude Code formats that are not publicly documented and that can change without notice. If that happens, the intent is to publish a fix as soon as possible, but continued compatibility and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
Perch only reads files and launches your terminal. It does not modify your Claude Code sessions or your projects. Even so, total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
Termination
This license ends if you breach its terms. You can also end it yourself at any time by uninstalling Perch.
No refunds
All sales are final. Perch is a digital product delivered immediately: the license key reaches you the moment the purchase completes, and there is no way to take it back.
This page and the install instructions say exactly what Perch does and what it needs, so you can decide before paying. Perch reads files that already exist on your Mac, so what it is worth to you depends on your own session history.
If Perch does not do what this page says it does, that is a different matter and it does get fixed. Write to adrian@siantek.com.
